Car Wreckage!! Oh No

So a few days ago I hit a BMW x5 recent model...yes I know... tough luck. Though he doesn't have major damages, the ones he does have are just expensive because of his luxurious ride (really nice car) So I have to dip into my savings and pay out of pocket to avoid insurance increases. FML, just when I was starting to save. Driving in the city (manhattan) is a disaster. So stressed. Totally needed to blog about that. I wonder if anyone knows where they can get affordable BMW car parts in the NY area to avoid going to dealerships. Advice would be great. Thanks guys

First Blog Post! YAY :)

Good evening everyone! This is my first blog post. So excited lol. If you've read through my information then you already know that I am in the process of transitioning from relaxed, thin, dry hair to healthy beautiful, natural coils! The last time I relaxed my hair was...at the end of August 2009. I was due for a perm in October but instead of relaxing it, I wore a full lace curly wig for about 4 weeks. I took off the lace wig before Thanksgiving and wore a synthetic long wig for another 4 weeks. December 12, 2009 I weaved my hair with Velvet Remi human hair and wore it for 4 months. I took it out and resewed by hair. So on May 12, 2010, I will have had this weave in for 6 months. The weave still looks amazing!! I do have one dilemma. The way my weave was sewn in, I have a small patch of hair left out that I relaxed in January :( I know, I know. I only decided to go natural a couple of months ago. So even though the rest of my hair has a natural growth of about 6 months...that small patch of left out hair has only about 2-3 months of natural growth :( Not sure what to do exactly but I will figure it out once I do my BC in a few weeks! Excited about that as well.
My story: I decided to go natural because I just got plain old tired of my hair. The maintenance was costly, dandruff, no volume, easy breakage, split ends, slow growth, you name it. Going natural and chopping off my straight hair just feels like the right thing to do in order to start fresh for the summer and have a new outlook on life. Meeting people and having them like me for me, nappy hair and all, is something I am really looking forward too. I am prepared for this journey and cant wait to join the Natural Community!
